A cute, insta-ready pop-up stand where guests can create their own Perfume (edp) while in attendance of your event!
Includes:
- Travel within 30kms of Whangarei CBD

2 - 6hour Manned pop-up stand*
- 30 x 10ml bottles/perfumes*
- A selection of 20 fragrance/essential oils to choose from/add/mix (includes inspired by/dupes)
- All equipment needed (measuring beakers, test strips etc.)
- Optional "Selfie mirror" photo op prop
This is an express version of our Standard Workshops in pop-up form. Ideal for weddings, business events and large gatherings with more than 20 people.
*Hours dependent on additional bottles. Only 30 x 10ml bottles & 2 x hours are included in the booking price. Please add additional bottles to suit your guests/attendee numbers.

Pop-up bookings require at least 3 weeks' notice to ensure I have enough materials on hand. The more notice the better! Please pop me an email/DM or fill out the contact form if your event is sooner than this & I'll see what I can do!
Due to security reasons, no additional bottles/perfumes will be available to purchase on the day so please ensure you add to cart any additional bottles/perfumes you require (per guest or limit to a select number and have a first in first served basis, up to you)
Depending on your guests, we will be able to get through 10-20 bottles per hour, maybe more, maybe less. If your guests take a while to decide on their scents, naturally this will slow the production down. Max attendance is 6 hours.
You will need a sheltered/shaded flat surface for me to set up. The stand measures 1.2m w x 1.2m h x 0.6m d so please allow for this.

I suggest letting your guests know how many bottles/perfumes they are allowed to create, or the number of bottles/perfumes you have allocated for the event to ensure no one misses out.
I will not be responsible for monitoring how many times your guests come up, I will only be monitoring the amount of stock and once it is gone, it is gone.
